Who I Am

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. After working various jobs, which were always in the service sector, I finally lined up with my calling when I decided to get my degree in Social Work, and I haven’t looked back since.

I provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate your personal health and wellness challenges. As a trauma specialist trained in Brainspotting, I help clients access and heal emotional pain traditional therapy may not reach. I create a safe space where you can process trauma, build coping skills, and transform wounds into resilience—whether healing from past experiences, improving athletic performance, or navigating life transitions.
